When is the box office open?

The Box Office at the Schoenfeld Theatre is open
Monday – Saturday: 10AM – 8PM,
Sunday: 12PM – 6PM.
(The Box Office is open until curtain for evening performances.)

Is the theatre accessible?

The Schoenfeld Theatre is committed to the needs of patrons with disabilities. All accessible seating locations may be purchased online or at the Box Office, pending availability. To purchase accessible locations or for additional information please visit www.telecharge.com/The-Notebook-Tickets.

Wheelchair locations are available in the orchestra section of the theatre (pending availability). You may purchase one wheelchair and up to three companion seats per order if available.

What is the performance schedule?

What is the running time?

The Notebook is 2 hours and 20 minutes, including a 15-minute intermission.

What are the age restrictions for the show?

The Notebook is recommended for ages 10 and up. Guests under the age of 4 are not permitted in the theatre.

What if I want to bring a group to the show?

How do I choose the right seat for me?

We have seats at many price points. The best rates will always be available at the Box Office or through Telecharge. If you buy your tickets in person at the Box Office, you can save the service fees. Please remember that if you buy tickets through brokers or third-party sellers, there may be higher markups and additional fees added.

What is the refund/exchange policy?

All sales are final, there are no refunds or exchanges. Please contact your point of purchase for further details.

Are standing-room tickets available?

For sold-out performances only, a limited number of standing-room tickets will be available for purchase in person at the Box Office.

ARE LOTTERY & RUSH TICKETS AVAILABLE?

Entries for The Notebook digital lottery start at 12AM, the day prior to the performance. Winners are drawn at 10AM and 3PM. Winners will be notified by email shortly after each drawing. Winners may buy up to 2 tickets at $44 each. Click here to enter.

In-person rush begins at 10AM the day of the performance (and 12PM on Sundays) at the Schoenfeld Theatre (236 W. 45th Street, NYC). Rush ends 30 minutes before curtain. One person may buy up to 2 tickets at $49 each.

How many tickets can I purchase at a time?
